Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM platform.

Configure and manage CRM pipelines, properties, and user permissions.

Create and optimize workflows, automation, lead scoring, and email campaigns.

Manage forms, landing pages, lists, and marketing assets within HubSpot.

Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.

Ensure data quality through data cleansing, deduplication, and audits.

Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with CRM processes.

Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party applications and tools.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

Monitor platform performance and recommend process improvements.

Maintain documentation, best practices, and HubSpot governance policies.

3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.

Experience with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

Strong knowledge of workflows, automation, and reporting.

Experience with CRM administration and data management.

Knowledge of HubSpot integrations and APIs.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

HubSpot certifications are preferred.
