We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Student Counsellor to guide and support students in their academic, emotional, and personal development. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and guidance to students
- Support students in academic and personal concerns
- Conduct counselling sessions and maintain records
- Coordinate with teachers and parents regarding student progress
- Help students with career guidance and motivation
- Organize awareness programs and student development activities
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in student counselling is preferred
Ability to handle students patiently and professionally
Pay: ₹11,012.51 - ₹30,000.00 per month
