About the Role
Sanyukt Builders Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join the sales team for Belvoir Hills, a premium luxury hospitality and residential development located on the scenic Kandaghat–Chail Road.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings and project presentations.
- Handle site visits and customer follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into bookings while maintaining a premium customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and direct clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in luxury residential or hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur)
