Role Overview

In this role, you will be the bridge between students, faculty, and management—combining student mentorship with robust operational coordination to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Mentorship & Academic Support
- Goal-Driven Mentoring: Motivate and guide students to elevate their academic performance and hit their learning milestones.
- Student Engagement: Spark a genuine interest in core subjects and co-curricular activities.
- Professional Relationships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Empowerment: Inspire students to take ownership of their education and long-term career growth.
2. Daily Academic & Operations Management
- Attendance & Tracking: Verify student profiles, maintain precise daily attendance logs, and flag irregularities to the admin and accounts teams.
- Classroom Readiness: Set up classrooms, prep learning materials before sessions, and ensure faculty have everything they need.
- Asset Management: Oversee the distribution, storage, and proper functioning of center assets (iPads, AV equipment, projectors, Apple TVs, microphones).
- Portion Book Oversight: Track syllabus coverage, lesson plans, and assignment schedules to ensure everything aligns with the academic calendar.
3. Examination & Feedback Coordination
- Exam Administration: Coordinate and invigilate internal exams while strictly maintaining academic integrity.
- Result Management: Collect answer sheets, facilitate timely grading, and accurately publish performance records.
- Feedback Loops: Gather student feedback regarding teaching quality and center satisfaction to help management drive improvements.
4. Communication & Student Welfare
- Query Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for students, resolving academic doubts and course queries promptly.
- Absenteeism Follow-up: Track continuously absent students and connect with parents/guardians to identify issues and find solutions.
- Announcements: Timely update timetables, schedules, and important notices across all student communication channels.
5. Fee Collection & Financial Compliance
- Payment Reminders: Proactively notify parents and students about upcoming fee due dates.
- Transaction Handling: Process payments, issue official receipts, and maintain flawless internal registers.
- Verification & Reconciliation: Validate student discounts, report any financial mismatches, and hand over daily collections to the Accounts department with clean documentation.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Eligibility: Candidates who are currently placed or listed in a verified Government Exam Rank List.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable handling basic classroom technology (iPads, projectors, AV equipment) updating digital databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for active problem-solving.an

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
