Job Summary:
Join our Middle East and Africa team as Inside Sales Engineer who will independently create quotations for Customers and ensure requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and in time. The role will collaborate closely with the Sales Offices and the Regional Sales Teams to address daily inquiries effectively.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Review Project Specifications and Technical specifications, understand customer requirements through conference calls with customer/Sales office/Local Business Partners.
Prepare Technical, Commercial Quote and Technical deviations list.
Proactive follow-up of quotations with customers as agreed with the Sales team verify if the submitted quote aligns with their requirements.
Answer customer questions, both technical and commercial.
Ensure resultant purchase orders are clean and in line with quotation /agreed terms & conditions.
Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM and other tools as required.
Provide product and application information to external and internal customers.
Attend meetings with customers and/or field sales and sales meetings as required, analyze the competition products
Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications

In-depth knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection, in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water Industry preferred
Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in engineering.
Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility.
In Depth understanding of project specifications and commercial terms. Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Min 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales)
Languages: English-advanced level.
PC skills: MS Office, ERP (Oracle preferred), CRM/Salesforce
Strong interpersonal skills and able to pitch the solution for applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
