- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled servicing of transformers, VCBs (Vacuum Circuit Breakers), and ACB (Air Circuit Breakers).
- Emergency Power Systems: Routine testing of Diesel Generators (DG sets) and UPS systems to ensure they kick in within seconds of a power failure.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults in motors, starters (Star-Delta, VFDs), and capacitor banks to maintain a healthy Power Factor.
- Lighting & HVAC: Maintaining specialized surgical lighting, nurse call systems, and the electrical components of AHUs (Air Handling Units) for climate control.
- Motor & Pump Maintenance: Ensuring the aerators, submersible pumps, and sludge pumps are running efficiently.
- Control Panels: Monitoring and repairing the STP control panels, including sensors (level sensors, pressure switches) and automatic dosing systems.
- System Integration: Managing the electrical logic that ensures the STP operates in sync with the hospital’s water usage.
