Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Vertical Head – Retail Operations to lead and supervise all retail pharmacy outlets under the company.
The candidate will be responsible for overall retail business performance, sales growth, operational control, team leadership, compliance monitoring, and strategic expansion. This role will act as the reporting head of all Retail Shop Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee overall pharma retail operations across all outlets
* Drive sales growth, profitability, and prescription-based business performance
* Ensure effective stock planning, inventory control, and expiry management
* Coordinate with pharma companies, stockists, and distributors for margin optimization and schemes
* Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetic regulations and pharmacy standards
* All Retail Shop Managers will directly report to the Vertical Head
* The Vertical Head will report to Top Management / Director
* Supervise Retail Managers and ensure achievement of monthly targets & KPIs
* Support retail expansion, new store setup, and territory growth planning
Qualification & Experience
* Any Graduate
* Minimum 10+ years experience
* At least 10+ year experience in MR (Medical Representative) field mandatory
* Strong understanding of pharma retail operations and distribution system
* Proven leadership and team management experience
