Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground recruitment activities (job fairs, campus drives, walk-ins, community outreach)
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and field visits
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring progress
- Promote employer brand in local markets
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local organizations
- Ensure timely hiring for frontline or high-volume roles
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (field or volume hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
