Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance management and review processes
- Take ownership of HR decisions and daily operations
- Coordinate and guide a small HR team when required
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Exposure to employee engagement and performance management
- Ability to work independently and handle decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- Candidates based in Chennai
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates
- Prior experience in team handling is an added advantage
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
