- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, online databases, industry events, and other lead-gen tools.
- Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to set up product demos and discovery calls.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand the client’s business needs and pain points to offer the right SaaS solution.
- Product Demos: Coordinate and deliver compelling product presentations with the help of the pre-sales or product team.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of digital products and services.
- Sales Funnel Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM, track progress, follow up diligently, and close deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the SaaS landscape relevant to the Indian market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
