About Position:
We are seeking an experienced NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable API architectures that power enterprise integrations and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will drive API modernization initiatives, define governance standards, establish integration best practices, and build secure, high-performance APIs that support business growth and digital transformation. This role requires strong expertise in API design, RESTful services, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and technical leadership.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement modern, scalable API architectures that support enterprise integration ecosystems and partner networks.

Define API contracts, standards, versioning strategies, lifecycle management processes, and governance frameworks.

Lead API modernization initiatives by migrating legacy integration endpoints to RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

Design, develop, and maintain API consumers and producers with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

Ensure backward compatibility and seamless integration experiences across internal and external platforms.

Establish API design patterns, development standards, and best practices across engineering teams.

Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure API quality, consistency, performance, and maintainability.

Collaborate with Product Management, Partner Integration teams, and business stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical specifications.

Define API security standards including authentication, authorization, encryption, and access control frameworks.

Design and implement microservices-based integration architectures and event-driven solutions.

Support API gateway strategies, traffic management, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.

Drive continuous improvement through mentoring, technical leadership, pair programming, and engineering best practices.

Develop technical documentation, API specifications, integration guides, and architecture artifacts.

Partner with development, QA, DevOps, and platform engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Evaluate emerging API and integration technologies to enhance platform capabilities and scalability.
Expertise You'll Bring:

8 to 12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Integration Engineering, API Development, or Solution Architecture.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale API architectures and integration solutions.

Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, API-first design principles, and service-oriented architectures.

Strong knowledge of API versioning, contract design, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management.

Experience modernizing legacy integration platforms and migrating services to cloud-native architectures.

Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, and distributed systems.

Experience with event streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Amazon SNS/SQS, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of API security standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS, and API authorization frameworks.

Experience working with API Gateway platforms such as Kong, Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or similar solutions.

Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application integration.

Strong programming experience in Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, API documentation frameworks, and contract-driven development.

Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing for APIs.

Experience collaborating with product teams, partner integration teams, and external stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, architecture, and troubleshooting skills.
