Job Description:
Softkingo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails
- Manage and segment email databases for targeted campaigns
- Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure emails follow best practices and compliance (spam laws, opt-ins, etc.)
- Coordinate with design and content teams for email creatives
- Maintain email marketing tools and automation workflows
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization
