Job Description: Akruti Developer, a growing real estate development firm, is looking for an experienced Operational Head to lead and oversee end-to-end construction and project operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving project performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering projects efficiently from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take complete ownership of project lifecycle from planning to execution and handover
2. Drive project timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks across all sites
3. Monitor and guide site, estimation, and accounts teams for effective execution
4. Lead coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
5. Review project budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance
6. Establish and implement operational systems, processes, and reporting structures
7. Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards (including RERA)
9. Provide strategic inputs to management for project planning
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in real estate development / construction operations
2. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
3. Strong understanding of project execution, budgeting, and compliance
4. Ability to handle multiple projects and take ownership of outcomes
5. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving ability
