Front Office Assistant (Flexible Shifts)

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Front Office Assistant to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and booking inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
- Assist guests with their luggage when required.
- Ensure the reception and lobby area remain clean and organized.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Handle basic cash and payment transactions.
- When working alone, manage the property's front desk operations independently and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to assist guests with luggage when needed.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
