Position: Helper – Glass Toughening Plant

Job Summary
The Helper in a Glass Toughening Plant will assist machine operators and production staff in handling, processing, and movement of glass materials. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safe handling of glass, and assisting in loading/unloading and packaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading raw glass sheets and finished toughened glass products
- Support machine operators in glass cutting, edging, washing, and toughening processes
- Handle glass sheets carefully to avoid breakage and ensure workplace safety
- Assist in shifting materials between different production stages using trolleys or manual handling
- Perform packing, stacking, and labeling of finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, machines, and surrounding floor space
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE (gloves, shoes, goggles, etc.)
- Report any damaged glass, machine issues, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Assist in routine maintenance support activities when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Basic understanding of workplace safety
- Ability to follow instructions properly
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Prior factory experience in glass/industrial unit is an advantage

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
