Role Overview
The role focuses on client engagement, outreach and lead generation, conducting awareness sessions and presentations, handling enquiries, maintaining follow-ups and reports, and building strong client relationships while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outreach activities and support lead generation initiatives.
· Understand and explain the company's services and offerings to prospective clients.
· Conduct client meetings, awareness sessions, and basic presentations.
· Handle and manage enquiries through inbound and outbound communication channels.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
· Prepare daily activity updates and status reports for the team lead.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
· Support brand visibility and represent the organization professionally during client interactions.
Preferred Background
· Graduate in any discipline
· Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
· Basic computer knowledge
