Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6months - 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, and labour laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR systems/software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across levels and facilitating small group discussions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
