We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling documentation, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and assisting the export team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and filing.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain export-related documents and records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Packing, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain Excel sheets, reports, and office databases.
- Manage courier bookings, document dispatch, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and communicate professionally with vendors and clients.
- Maintain office supplies and place purchase requests when required.
- Support management with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ensure documents are filed accurately and confidentially.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
