To oversee and manage all HR and administrative tasks as well as ensure smooth operations, compliance, and efficient data management, while also supporting and developing the HR team and employees.
Main duties/responsibilities
· Ensure that all central and state labour regulations (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, Bonus Act, PF/ESI, etc.) are updated, communicated, and rigorously followed across the company.
· Proactively identify and mitigate any potential labour‑related risks through regular compliance audits and policy reviews.
· Establish and maintain healthy, transparent, and constructive employment relationships between management and employees.
· Oversee the end‑to‑end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant salary disbursement, statutory deductions, and tax filings.
· Provide comprehensive HR analytics – including labour cost reports, headcount trends, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics – to support management decision‑making.
· Continuously review and optimize the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
· Drive the design and implementation of robust performance management systems (goal setting, mid‑year reviews, annual appraisals) to link individual performance with organisational objectives.
· Ensure that performance management is fair, transparent, and effectively differentiates high performers, thereby building a high‑efficiency workforce.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, to offer management – to ensure all positions are filled within defined timelines and with the right talent.
· Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and proactively build a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
· Identify high‑potential employees through systematic assessment and performance data, and develop individual development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
· Build a sustainable talent pool and succession pipeline to support the company’s long‑term growth and expansion plans.
· Conduct periodic training needs analysis (TNA) across functions, identifying skill gaps in technical, behavioural, and leadership domains.
· Develop and execute annual training plans within approved budgets, covering internal and external programmes, on‑the‑job training, and e‑learning modules.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure that all learning initiatives directly contribute to employee capability enhancement and business results.
· Take full ownership of all administrative functions, including but not limited to: staff canteen, housekeeping and cleaning, transport and vehicle management, security guard services, and CCTV surveillance.
· Ensure that all employees enjoy a safe, hygienic, and well‑maintained work environment that supports productivity and well‑being.
· Act as a trusted advisor and mediator in resolving employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts, fostering a climate of mutual trust and respect.
· Support the Plant Manager in shaping and nurturing a healthy, positive, efficient, and harmonious company culture that reflects the organisation’s core values.
· Actively participate in all internal and external audits (statutory, ISO, customer, or corporate) related to HR and administrative processes.
· Ensure that all HR systems, policies, and records are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to meet audit requirements and industry best practices.
KPIs of the role
· Ensuring all Compliances are met with 100% at any point of time
· Ensure high performance during both internal and external audits of the department as well as from the customers
· Ensure closing of 100% of all positions as per agreed timelines
· Achieve a Training Effectiveness score for the entire year

Experience and knowledge required for the role
· MBA, Post-graduation in HR with minimum of 10-12 years of experience
· Familiar with theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of labor law.
· Good Communication Skills and people skills
· Working experience in 500+ employees MNC.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
