Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
