Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in personal tasks, errands, or special projects as directed by the executive.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role (2–5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
