We work with leading barcode printer brands and provide sales, installation, technical support, servicing, repair, and maintenance for barcode printing and related equipment.
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer / Barcode Printer Technician with good troubleshooting skills and an interest in working with barcode printers and related hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot barcode printer hardware issues.
- Install, configure, service, and maintain barcode printers.
- Identify faults in printheads, sensors, motors, rollers, belts, gears, and printer mechanisms.
- Replace defective hardware components and spare parts.
- Perform printhead, platen roller, sensor, and other component replacements.
- Troubleshoot print quality, label feeding, ribbon movement, calibration, and printer errors.
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of barcode printers.
- Troubleshoot USB, Ethernet/LAN, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity issues.
- Configure printer drivers, settings, media, ribbons, and calibration.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain service and repair records.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Ensure all repaired equipment is properly tested before delivery.

Preferred Brand Experience
Experience with Zebra, TSC, Citizen, Godex, SATO, Argox, Toshiba, HPRT, DCode, Mynds, or similar barcode printer brands will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in barcode printer servicing, thermal printer repair, POS hardware, electronics repair, or similar profiles will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
