The Senior B2B Executive – Sales & Operations will drive B2B sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets, accurate forecasting, and timely order fulfillment.

Acquire and grow B2B customers across distributors, wholesalers, HORECA, corporate, and institutional channels.

Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through business development initiatives.

Handle end-to-end order management, forecasting, and inventory coordination.

Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and analyze sales performance.

Support product launches, promotions, payment collections, and customer service excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in FMCG (mandatory).

Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
