- Provide first-level technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Configure and manage user email accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Install, update, and maintain antivirus software and ensure endpoint security.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patches.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and software licenses.
- Issue and collect IT assets from employees and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, AMC, and procurement of IT equipment.
- Take regular backups of critical business data and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Support ERP, CRM, accounting, HRMS, and other business software used within the organization.
- Monitor CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and access control systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee IT complaints within defined service levels.
- Maintain documentation for IT policies, asset registers, software licenses, and user manuals.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN, remote desktop, and remote support tools whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with the company's IT security policies and data confidentiality guidelines.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up or disabling user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
- Train employees on the proper use of company software, cybersecurity awareness, and IT best practices.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfill their IT requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on IT support activities, asset status, and pending issues.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹15,645.46 - ₹35,354.03 per month
