What we're looking for:
- 1–4 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, inside sales, real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Confident and persuasive conversational skills
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling prospective buyers
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
- Positive attitude, professional communication and strong sales orientation
- Candidates from real estate, BFSI, automobile, education, hospitality or other inside-sales backgrounds are also welcome

Your key responsibilities:
Call and qualify incoming real estate leads
Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences
Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
Generate and coordinate site visits
Maintain lead records and follow up systematically
Work towards site-visit and sales-conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth lead handover
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
