We are looking for experienced professionals in Freight Forwarding, Shipping & Logistics to join our growing team.
Open Locations:
- Vadodara, India – 5 to 8 years of experience
- Nigeria – 10 to 20 years of experience
Position: Forwarder / Shipping Officer / Logistics Officer (Clearing & Forwarding)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end Ocean Export & Import operations.
✅ Coordinate with shippers, overseas offices, shipping lines, vessel agents, transporters, CHA, and internal teams.
✅ Negotiate freight rates with major shipping lines, carriers, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and logistics vendors.
✅ Prepare competitive quotations for global, regional, and local customers, including RFQs and tenders.
✅ Support the sales team with pricing, customer meetings, and operational solutions.
✅ Manage bookings with shipping lines and ensure timely vessel connections.
✅ Submit shipping instructions online and obtain shipping line approvals.
✅ Coordinate shipment planning with origin offices and monitor shipments until final delivery.
✅ Handle export/import documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
✅ Maintain DSR updates and provide regular shipment status updates to customers and overseas offices.
✅ Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Ocean Export & Import Operations.
✔ Hands-on experience in Clearing & Forwarding.
✔ Sound knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
✔ Expertise in freight pricing, vendor management, and carrier negotiations.
✔ Experience working with major shipping lines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders.
✔ Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Pay: ₹14,023.50 - ₹74,737.30 per month
