- Lead multiple engineering teams and engineering managers.
- Drive technical strategy, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Own end-to-end product delivery and engineering execution.
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
- Lead architecture reviews, platform modernization, and cloud adoption.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and engineering governance.
- Mentor engineering leaders and build a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
- 11+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years leading engineering teams or engineering managers.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.
- Proven success delivering large-scale engineering programs in Agile environments.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 per year
