We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, jewellery sales, product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and explain jewellery products, designs, quality, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Generate new customer leads through referrals, follow-ups, and local marketing activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection, customization, exchange, and other requirements.
- Explain gold, diamond, and jewellery product specifications to customers.
- Ensure proper billing and documentation as per company process.
- Maintain product display and showroom presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for customer orders and deliveries.
- Participate in showroom promotions, events, and BTL/outdoor marketing activities.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending enquiries and orders.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and jewellery handling guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery/fashion/luxury retail sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery is preferred.
- Presentable personality with professional behaviour.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers effectively.
