Oversee daily manpower planning, allocation, and deployment across departments.
Manage contract labor, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies among workers.
Handle labor-related issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth workforce management.
Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and safety regulations.
Maintain records related to manpower, attendance, and contractor details.
Monitor workforce performance and implement improvement measures.
Requirements:
Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force)
Proven experience in manpower handling, workforce management, or similar roles.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage large teams in a disciplined environment.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and industrial practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
