Create and manage an online community (Facebook / LinkedIn group)
Position it around business growth, operations, and customer experience
Invite relevant US-based business owners and professionals
Maintain high-quality engagement within the community
Engagement & Content
Post discussion topics related to business challenges
Encourage members to share experiences and workflows
Run polls, Q&A posts, and engagement discussions
Keep conversations active and insightful
Audience Growth
Identify and engage with relevant professionals on LinkedIn and social platforms
Build a targeted audience of business owners and decision-makers
Grow the community organically through outreach and engagement
Market Research
Collect and analyze recurring business challenges
Identify patterns in customer management and operations
Document insights and share with founders regularly
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (written English)
Ability to engage with business owners
Understanding of social media platforms
Comfortable initiating conversations and outreach

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
