Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology preferred
● MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Consistent First Class throughout Academics is Mandatory
Mandatory Requirements
● 14–16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
● Must be currently working or have worked in engineering/manufacturing
companies only
● Experience handling recruitment for medium to large engineering organizations
● Strong exposure to technical and leadership hiring
● Must be willing to work from Hyderabad
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
● Heavy Engineering
● Industrial Manufacturing
● EPC
● Automotive
● Electrical Equipment

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
