Key Responsibilities1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.2. Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.3. Build relationships with government departments, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals, residential societies, and industrial establishments.4. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.5. Participate in tender identification, bid preparation, and submission processes.6. Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand service requirements.7. Negotiate contracts and close business deals.8. Coordinate with operations teams for seamless project mobilization and client onboarding.9. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.10. Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business opportunities.
Pay: ₹11,529.93 - ₹40,924.34 per month
