JOB DESCRIPTION – FRONT DESK Full Time/Part Time
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Checks-in patient on the software system
· Arrives to work on reporting time in appropriate work wear
· Helps new patient with initial evaluation paperwork
· Answers questions regarding payment
· Receives payment and logs it in the software system
· Maintains patient paperwork
· Prints/scans/faxes and e-mails documents as necessary to referring doctors
· Logs in referrals and leads
· Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries to the manager
· Maintains daily visit logbook
· Operates telecommunication system via e-mail, landline and phone
· Checks up on patients/clients arriving late
· Re-schedules cancelled visits
· Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements :
· Candidate should have completed 12th grade at the minimum. Bachelor degree graduates preferred
· Should be comfortable writing and speaking in English, Hindi and Marathi
· Should be comfortable working on a Computer and smartphone
· Should be professional and must be able to communicate well with other co-workers
· Should know how to work with MS-Excel, experience working with software is a plus point
· Previous experience working in a health care set up is a plus point.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
