Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation.
- Teach concepts related to:
- Quantity Takeoff
- Rate Analysis
- BOQ Preparation
- Estimation & Costing
- Tendering & Billing
- Construction Materials & Methods
- AutoCAD for Quantity Surveying
- Excel for Estimation
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Provide practical industry examples and case studies.
- Guide students on real-time projects and assignments.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Support students in clearing doubts and improving practical knowledge.
- Ensure interactive and industry-oriented learning sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation.
- Candidates with training or mentoring experience will be preferred.
