Key Responsibilities
Ticketing:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets
- Manage fare calculations and provide best routing options
- Handle group bookings and special requests
- Resolve ticketing-related issues efficiently
Visa Processing:
- Manage tourist, business, and other visa applications
- Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with embassy requirements
- Track visa status and maintain proper records
- Guide clients on visa rules and documentation
Customer Service & Operations:
- Assist clients with travel queries
- Maintain relationships with airlines and travel partners
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate booking and visa records
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in ticketing and visa processing
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems , Online portals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa procedures
Preferred Skills
- IATA certification (optional but preferred)
- Experience handling corporate travel accounts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
