Business Development Associate – Corporate Partnerships
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate – Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new corporate clients for the ZigMe platform. The role focuses on generating business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding hiring requirements, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and target prospective corporate clients across industries.
Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
Sales Pipeline Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and track progress through CRM systems.
Meet monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Market & Relationship Development
Monitor industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
Communicate client requirements effectively to internal stakeholders.
Support contract discussions, documentation, and partnership formalities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in HRTech, EdTech, Campus Hiring, Recruitment, or SaaS industries is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New corporate clients acquired.
Revenue generated from new partnerships.
Sales pipeline value and conversion rate.
Number of client meetings and presentations conducted.
Client onboarding completion and retention rate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
