Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Debt Collection Supervisor to lead a team of collection professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recovery performance, monitoring daily operations, ensuring process compliance, and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of Collection Executives and Telecallers.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure achievement of recovery targets.
- Review team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Handle escalated customer cases and assist in complex recovery situations.
- Track productivity, recovery metrics, and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance discussions.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with management to improve recovery strategies and operational efficiency.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and accountability.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Debt Collection, Recovery, Banking, Financial Services, or a related domain.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- DRA Certification will be considered an advantage.
