Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals
- Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter).
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience interaction
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Manage paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and think strategically
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Portfolio of past social media work or successful campaigns
