Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a 3-month paid internship offering hands-on exposure to real-world construction and real estate projects. Interns will gain in-depth practical experience under the mentorship of industry experts while contributing to ongoing developments in commercial, residential, and retail (mall) infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of on-site construction activities across multiple project types.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and monitor project progress for adherence to timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, progress reports, and documentation.
- Support cost estimation, budget tracking, and resource management.
- Identify potential risks during execution and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory standards, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other civil engineering tools (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
