Job Description - Site Engineer / Project Supervisor

Role Overview
GenRec.AI is looking for its client, a specialist in premium architectural and building envelope solutions, for the position of Site Engineer / Project Supervisor. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients, while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Role Overview
The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely,
efficiently, and according to approved drawings while maintaining close coordination with
clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Read architectural and shop drawings.
- Plan daily site activities.
- Verify measurements and installation quality.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports with photographs.
- Maintain safety compliance.
- Coordinate material requirements with factory.
- Attend client meetings and resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in façade, glazing, aluminum windows, or construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Are you willing to travel extensively across India and work at project sites?
- How many years of experience do you have specifically in façade/glazing/windows/skylights/curtain wall projects?
- How many people/labour/subcontractor workforce have you supervised at site at one time?
- Have you personally supervised installation of façade, glazing, windows, curtain walls, skylights or similar architectural systems at site?
