Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer & Site Visitor to create accurate technical drawings and conduct site visits for project measurements, inspections, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design layouts, understanding client requirements, visiting project sites, and ensuring designs align with site conditions and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
AutoCAD Design Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and technical designs using AutoCAD software.
- Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, production drawings, and project designs as required.
- Modify and revise drawings based on project needs and client feedback.
- Ensure design accuracy, dimensions, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for design execution and approvals.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project files.
Site Visit Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and data collection.
- Understand site conditions and assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams during site visits.
- Identify and report site-related issues or design adjustments required.
- Take site measurements and prepare reports/documentation.
- Ensure site details are accurately reflected in final drawings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software is mandatory.
- Prior experience in design and site coordination preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards.
- Understanding of layouts, dimensions, and technical drawings.
- Good measurement and site observation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for site visits.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and quality of technical drawings.
- Timely completion of design tasks.
- Number of successful site visits and reports completed.
- Reduction in design/site errors.
- Coordination efficiency with teams and clients.
- Project completion support and timeline adherence.
Pay: ₹25,000.24 - ₹35,000.00 per month
