Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design & Development
o Develop and structure comprehensive curricula, including lesson plans,
course outlines, learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments.
o Align curriculum with educational standards, competencies, and institutional
goals.
o Ensure consistency, relevance, and effectiveness of content across delivery
formats (e.g., in-person, online, blended learning).
- Content Creation & Review
o Write and edit instructional content, guides, multimedia scripts, and e-
learning modules.
o Review and revise existing curriculum to maintain accuracy, inclusivity, and
alignment with current best practices.
o Work with graphic designers, video producers, and e-learning developers to
produce engaging materials.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional
designers to gather content and feedback.
o Facilitate curriculum review meetings and incorporate feedback from diverse
stakeholders.
o Communicate regularly with project managers and department heads to
ensure curriculum projects meet timelines and expectations.
o Design formative and summative assessments to evaluate learner progress
and curriculum effectiveness.
o Analyse learning outcomes and feedback data to inform continuous
improvement.
o Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in instructional design,
pedagogy, and industry needs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
