- Develop and execute comprehensive test programs for transmission aggregates, subsystems, and components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols.

Plan and conduct validation activities for critical transmission components, including gears, bearings, shifting systems, and synchronizers, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Perform bench tests to evaluate the performance, durability, and reliability of transmissions, analyzing test data using advanced tools like DIAdem and MATLAB.

Conduct root cause investigations and damage analysis on transmission parts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
