About the Role
Mesklintech is looking for a highly professional, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing executive operations, coordinating with investors and stakeholders, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
The candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with prior experience in the real estate industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and business communications with complete discretion.
- Support the Director in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
Investor & Business Coordination
- Coordinate and follow up with investors, financial partners, and key business associates.
- Assist in business development activities related to ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors and stakeholders.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, reports, and other management documents.
Communication & Email Management
- Manage official email correspondence and business communications on behalf of the Director.
- Draft professional emails, letters, presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Ensure timely communication and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
LinkedIn & Professional Branding
- Manage the Director's LinkedIn profile and professional networking activities.
- Coordinate business outreach, networking communication, and industry engagement.
- Support branding initiatives and professional communication efforts.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to monitor project progress and business deliverables.
- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on key business activities.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between management and various departments.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA is mandatory.
- 3–7 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Development, or Coordination roles.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of investor relations and business communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management, LinkedIn, and presentation tools.
- Professional personality with excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to business development within the real estate sector.
- Experience in investor management and client relationship handling.
