Role Description & Responsibilities:

As an IT Monitoring and Operations Center Engineer, candidate will be part of a 24x7 Global monitoring team and will be responsible to monitor the critical IT infrastructure spread across various Data Centers and Offices of Dassault Systèmes worldwide.

Candidate will also be responsible to perform Level 1 support to manage and maintain the uptime of critical Production Infrastructure and Network equipment globally.

The team will cover 7 days a week; candidates should be available to work in rotational shifts including weekends and some holidays.

Managing the expectations of IT and business stakeholders.

Managing SLA and improve user satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years working in a network operation center (NOC) or technical support role.
- Hands on experience of Linux CLI / Windows Servers. Should have good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on Linux or Windows systems.
- Understanding of IT environment
- Experience with Enterprise Monitoring tools like Zabbix/SolarWinds etc.
- Should have working experience on any of the ticketing tools like Remedy/service now or similar tool.
- International certification such as RHCSA/RHCE/MCSA will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a team with flexible scheduling and overtime.
- Quick understanding of the IT infrastructure, various process & policies and tools and getting aligned.
- Ability to write documentation in a clear and concise way.
- Good Team Player and willing to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) is mandatory to interact with our users worldwide.
