Key Responsibilities
Desktop & Laptop Support
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops.
· Monitor system performance and resolve user complaints.
Network Support
· Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP issues.
· Perform LAN cable crimping, RJ45 punching, and cable testing.
· Configure and support routers, switches, and access points.
· Assist in firewall configuration and user access management.
Active Directory & User Management
· Create and manage user accounts.
· Configure password policies and user permissions.
· Manage shared folders and access rights.
Email & Microsoft Support
· Configure Outlook and email clients.
· Troubleshoot email synchronization and connectivity issues.
· Support Microsoft Office applications.
Printer & Peripheral Management
· Install and configure printers and scanners.
· Troubleshoot printer connectivity and hardware issues.
· Manage network printer sharing.
Security & Backup
· Install and manage antivirus solutions.
· Perform Windows updates and patch management.
· Support backup and restore activities.
Vendor & Asset Management
· Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers.
· Track IT assets and maintain inventory records.
· Handle warranty claims and repair follow-ups.

Educational Qualification
· B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)
· MCA
· BCA
· Diploma in Computer Engineering
· Any equivalent IT qualification
Experience Required
· 2 to 5 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support roles.
· Experience working at customer sites will be an added advantage.

Important Note
The selected candidate will be deployed at a customer location in Bhiwadi,Rajasthan. Availability beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required during critical IT incidents or infrastructure breakdowns.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
