We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating resources, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Support cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
