Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and campaign optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate high-quality leads with focus on cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rate
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize:
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- ROI (Return on Investment)
- Perform A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Audience targeting
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
- Track and analyze data using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Ads Manager
- CRM dashboards
- Coordinate with sales/BPO team to improve lead quality and conversions
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of sales funnels & lead generation
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
- Experience in landing page optimization
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
- Good communication & reporting skills
Preferred Industry Experience
- FinTech / Loan / Insurance / BPO industry (highly preferred)
KPIs (Performance Metrics)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Lead to Conversion Ratio
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Daily / Monthly Lead Volume
Salary Range
₹4 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on experience & performance)
