About the Role
D'MAK Energia Pvt Ltd is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to manage front-desk/admin operations while also supporting basic sales and customer coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Admin:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming/outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain employee attendance records and basic HR documentation
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Sales Support:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain and update customer/lead database (CRM or Excel)
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for quotations and orders
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch status
- Prepare basic quotations, invoices, or sales documents as needed
- Assist in outbound calling for lead generation (as required)
- Support sales team with reports and follow-up reminders
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered)
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience in admin or sales support is a plus, not mandatory
