- Contact potential customers and explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and referral sources.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
